Data protection at Baumann & Partners S.A. is based, in particular, on the Law of 2 August 2002 on the Protection of Persons with Regard to the Processing of Personal Data as amended on 27 July 2007 (Luxembourg Data Protection Act).

We do not use data for other purposes or disclose it to third parties. Should this be envisaged, we will inform you in writing and ask for your consent in advance. Please note that we cannot offer you a secure transmission of your message. Please send any confidential messages to us by post.

Collection and processing of personal data Data

In general, you can visit the websites of Baumann & Partners S.A. without us requiring any personal data from you. We only record the name of your internet service provider, the website from which you visit us and the pages on our site you visit. In order to improve our website, we collect and store non-personal data for statistical and marketing purposes. This data can be used to create user profiles based on a pseudonym. Data shall only be processed in accordance with Article 4 et seq of the Luxembourg Data Protection Act, in particular, where the processing is necessary to (a) comply with legal obligations that the data controller is subject, and to (b) perform a contract to which the data subject is a party or in order to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract.

3. The recipients or categories of recipient to whom the data might be disclosed: public authorities, in compliance with statutory requirements applicable by priority, third parties on behalf of customers or to process/fulfil the purposes referred to under point 2.

4. Statutory retention periods for data: retention requirements and periods are complied with, and the data will be deleted after the end of the retention period. Data that do not fall under the above provisions will be deleted when the purposes set under point 2 no longer apply
